Greg, The Lady Executive is beautiful. No doubt the Lady has several speeds but with the appearance of the "REGULAR" agitator I see why they offered the handwash agitator. The regular agitator would make quick work of a stiff new pair of jeans. Best of Luck with your new Hotpoint. Arthur

I just found this thread and I couldn't believe what I'm seeing. Such an awesome and beautiful washer, like everyone is saying she looks to be in great condition, is it white or almond? congrats. Since I can't check her out in person I would absolutely love to see more pics and some videos. Wish I could run across a washer like this. Its a perfect machine but if it had that turquoise tub!!! Of course im a big fan of turquoise tubs, and agitators with their accessories Thanks for sharing!

How far back does the mechanics on this machine go? Is it designed like 50s model.The pic does make it look like a 24inch model.Good for you its a clean machine! Bobby

Congrats on getting it Greg! I had interest in this machine but I thought the control panel was worn. Once cleaned-up, it seems to be in really nice shape! I'm happy to see someone from the club rescued this rare machine!

The hand wash agitator...

Reminds me of the agi-peller that whirlpool is using. I know it's not identical, just reminds me of it. With that said, I wonder if you could use lower water settings on the normal cycle and make this more energy efficient? Just a thought...
