Appears to be a KAWE700T / KEYE700T pair circa 1988.  Note the agitator is not yet oversized.  Heavy cycle is a separate cycle from Regular.  Heavy has an Extra Wash position which likely entails a WP-type Super Wash treatment.  There's a separate Prewash cycle hidden by the dryer cord plug.  This is the lowest-featured set at the time, the other two choices being electronic panels or pushbutton with rapid-advance timers.
