Growing up around the Great Lakes, I always loved the water and boats. A documentary featuring the last international sailing event of the Yacht Britannia, shown on the local Public Broadcasting Station here in Georgia has always been one of my favorites. Today, I decided to watch the whole documentary, on YouTube, where the quality is quite poor compared to the video VHS tape version of mine. But, I accidentally recorded over much of my better recording some time ago, so the YouTube version is the only one available. PBS, to my knowledge, never offered this documentary on a VHS tape or DVD. If anyone has a VHS tape of this or a DVD, I'd gladly pay….
I digressed….I thought it would be fun to snap a few shots of the laundry room from the documentary. Perhaps some of you visited the HMY Britannia in Edinburgh?
