I`m so glad to have a space for my things now. If we stay here I will gut this room. I need the beadboard on the walls to repair places in the siding that it matches, and will fix the floor framing as it gets very bouncy in there when you have an out of balance spin, and insulate it better. It is right next to the kitchen and its very handy when you don`t feel like climbing stairs to do your laundry.

I really like that laundry room - very clever! And I like the idea of having a little bit of space between machines, so that spills can be easily cleaned up.

And I'll second the comment about the accent lighting. Very nice.
