I can't keep up with the constant changes! Now we have Comfort smelling of strawberries, blueberries and all sorts.

Well everyone knows what a complete FS Tart I am. I've just got really into Lenor `Barefoot in the Grass' (80s `Alpine Fresh' reborn) so I go to restock and disover they've discontinued it!! Now we have Anaesthetic Rose, or something, or White Diamond. Give me strength. Anyone tried any of the posch new Lenors?

Hi Nick!

Really good to see you posting!

I know what you mean about constant changes with comfort etc.
I don't personally buy Comfort or Lenor due to the cost but I will do occasionally if they are on offer. I currently got a thing for Tescos Sleep Easy Purple one. Lavender. Unusual as I don't really like the scent of lavender but I really like the Tesco conditioner fragrance.

Im waiting for the new Comfort range to arrive at my local tescos but it has not yet. Interested in going along the isle and "aving a sniff" If they are on introductory offer I may purchase some to try.

They do seem to change the fragrances far too often these days and I personally think there is far too much choice but then if you find one you really like they go and change it yet again!

Lenor Line up

They have loads of different ones now, all of the Lenor Line up have new improved freshness in them. I use the Classic Spring Awakening and Lenor with Febreze Effect.

My housemates use Lenor Sleep Sensations and Lenor Summer Breeze.

The new ones are Gold Orchid and Stuck by Fuschia,

They still sell the Infusions range but not the full line up, ]

I liked the smell of Bare foot in the grass, but after a while your clothes have a stale smell to them which i didn't like.

Lenor isn't that expensive its £1.50 in sainsburys at the moment for a 28 wash bottle, and you can get a giant 57 wash bottle for £3 or 2 for £5 in ASDA

Own brand

I've been using own brand softeners of late - namely the Asda variants and Morrison's Sea Breeze (read blue) - and they all do just as sterling a job as the more expensive brands.

Not used blue Lenor for a while - and it is my favourite, but at 2 bottles for £1.50 for Asda's own softener, which does just as good if not a better job, and smells fantastic, you can't get a better buy!

Nick - if you want a "vintage" softener scent, I've rediscovered Asda's Line Fresh - haven't used it for about 3 years up until now, but it is absolutely fantastic!

I've just discovered Tesco "Meadow Fresh"

The green one, I've never smelled anything so nice, and it leaves stuff so soft, I do get bored of smells quite quickly though, so how I'll feel about it when I get to the end of the bottle is a different matter.

A lot of these new softeners really irritate my skin.....I look like Ive been stung all over by nettles. Am sticking to Asda's sensitive softner.

Mark......thanx for the coffee, cake and a good ole natter x
