I'll start this thread off with my most recent find, a Sunbeam AP10 percolator in great shape. Bought it for $5 yesterday at a sale that was being held because the elderly woman decided to move to an apartment. It must have been used quite recently because when I got it home and was going to test it with just water there were still a few drops of cold coffee in the bottom of the pot. I rinsed it out, did the test cycle, and it performed flawlessly. The only down side about it is that it's quite loud, oh well I can live with that, and it makes it just that much more fun to use. Ok guys, now post your latest finds please.

P.S., I'm drinking a cup of freshly brewed coffee from it as I type this, yummy. Was also very surprised at how heavy it is.

Thanks Terry!

Sadly I did not get any brushes or pads with it. But for $10, I couldn't pass it up. Ill be searching the local vac shops for some. Wont be buying any new ones! They are like $130 for a set of 3.

-1955 vintage hamilton beach model 51 malt mixer-it's in great shape as is the
cup and it runs great.paid $6.99!!
-motor from a haier washer
-late '50s/mid-'60s era KM wringer washer-good shape but missing the motor
i have several"period correct"motors that are suitable-so easy fix.
-bearcat scanner from 1979

Those prices are unreal Brandon. I am sure with some searching you will find a much better deal.

I already started a separate thread, but for those who missed it, my latest find is a vintage television. Like many of the rest of you, I am an estate sale and thrift store junkie. I go as often as I can.

1968-70 RCA AccuColor 25" solid state television. With the danish-modern cabinet. Was $10 and it's in near perfect shape. It work flawlessly and the cabinet finish is mint! For $10, it would have been utterly indecent for me to leave it there. Chances are, nobody would have bought it and it would have been chucked to the curb. The best $10 I've spent so far!

Here is my latest lot of estate sale finds.

This all came out of the same estate sale, of my grams bingo friend Sophie.

I got a lovely Nelco sewing machine in cabinet, a pair of Corning loaf pans, a set of gold trim glasses, and a blessed mother figurine from Italy. I spent $10 at the sale.

A little while back I snagged this totally groovy slant drawer sewing table for $5 on half price day. No machine inside but that's no problem with more than a dozen lying around my house.

The top leaves open out for a looooong cantilevered work surface.

Yesterday, I went back to the same sale I was at on Saturday and picked up a beautiful Seiko Vienna-style regulator. Sunday most everything was 1/2 off, and instead of the $55 that it was marked, the woman running the sale let it go for $50, because I'm usually at every sale she has. I've posted a link with a pic and detailed description of its features. I gifted the clock to my youngest sister for her living room.

Marantz Receiver for $10.00

Best recent yard/estate sale find was this Marantz 2252B receiver from 1977 – 1979, original retail price $460.00. Perfect condition. Bought it for $10.00. There is one on eBay for $283.00. No, Herbert the Cat was not part of the deal, he just like to perch on the open drawer.
