I love that little Sanyo side-by-side! If I could find one of those I'd make a platform that would elevate it for easier access. It would fit perfectly where my dead '57 Combo still sits, awaiting its thus far elusive revival.
I wonder if the Sanyo's temperature adjustment is made by turning a screw in some inconspicuous location. That's how the adjustment was made on the globe shaped monitor tops, which were designed for use in rental units.
Here are pix of my '57 back at our previous house, taken during clean-up after it arrived home, and later after it had been moved into the laundry room to serve as our overflow/drinks fridge.
