LG ThinQ draining wash water too soon

My LG front load washer has started to drain the wash water after only 10 to 15 minutes in to the wash. It seems once it gets to the correct temperature it decides to pump out. After that it just tumbles with no water in it and another 2 plus hours on the display. Does it on the cotton cycle and now just noticed it does it on the easy care cycle. I thought it may be due to having too many suds but today did it with hardly any suds at all. The washer is about a year or so old now. Has anyone else had a similar issue?

Are you sure you haven’t accidentally turned on prewash?

Or your saying that it never fills with water again and just tumbles for 2 more hours?

have you check if its not a defect with your washer or a defective control board depending on the year it was made or purchuse maybe its still under warenty?

It was set to do a pre wash which it did then filled for the main wash heated to 60C (140F) then pumped out with 2 plus hours on the display remaining. It just tumbled with no water until I stopped the cycle and reset it to another cycle. I suspect there is a fault. It has done it every time using the cotton cycle that I am aware of for the past few weeks. Will have to check the warranty.
