Lg washer and dryer manufacturing process

Hello everybody. How are you? Does anybody know how lg washers and dryers - particularly front loaders? How do they do quality control? What is it like from start to finish? I'm inquiring about the front load electric matching pair. I've always heard that they make their own parts with a very good quality control system. Pleas provide some insite. How big is their plant to make these machines? They seem to be quality machines based on my experience.
