That is an odd combo
Lovely CA unit which was the only refrigerator ever made to use Methyl Formate. Pretty much non toxic although the refrigerant has a nasty habit of breaking down and forming non condensable gasses. You simply bleed off the gasses and the fridge will work right again. I had to do this to my CA when I first got it and now it works great. Eventually it will need a bleed again. That is why GE switched back to SO2 after only two years. Fun fact, this fridge runs at such low pressures the high side is in a VACUUM! when it is operating under normal circumstances. In fact, you have to make it work hard to even bleed it. Very interesting compressor too, it is a type of rotary.
Presumably at some point the DR that was originally on that cabinet developed problems and was swapped out with this unit. I love these soup cans!
