LK Belt Drive problem. What’s happening?

Quick question:

Does anyone know where this goes? I’ve just found it under the machine.

It is a clip to retain wires. It could be for the wig-wag wiring.

It's a retainer for the wiring from the console to the lid switch and down the corner of the cabinet.
