Westward was/is a manufacturer or distributor of aftermarket replacement parts. These would not be factory parts. Some aftermarket parts were not as good as the factory parts but in some cases they were better. Would venture a guess that they would probably not be factory quality. But if you need one, they would be better than nothing.
