If you live in Flint,does the house come with its own water treatment purifier?You would need it there!!!GREAT kitchen--BETTER than the DRAB,SS ones you see today that look like morgue embalming rooms or hospital lab rooms-even those look better!
Probably commissioned by a physician at the hospital. Unfortunately it is deep in the city of Flint--RO systems for all potable water are de rigueur. We have lots of those types of homes in SE MI coming from the modernism which came from Cranbrook and the car companies. Alden Dow (Dow Chemical family) was the designer/architect.
