Or numbers!
I recently posted a thread about an old clock that displays the time of day anywhere in the world.
Here's a modern clock that tells the time in a much more casual fashion, but I imagine it required a decent amount of intellectual capital to create its matrix. It provides the time at five minute intervals, something I figured out by studying the picture below before a whiz kid friend quickly sleuthed a link to the web site. The product information states that the illuminating dots in each corner serve to indicate the exact time.
I absolutely love this thing and wish I could afford one. The bigger one, of course.
