No, few if any European eBay or other sellers will ship something large as a Hoover TT to the United States. You *may* have better luck with a club member/someone doing a private sale.
There are Hoover TTs all over CL, eBay, OfferUp, etc... just keep searching and do so often.
Issue you are likely going to find if the item is on CL or a similar site is that sellers often list items for cash on pick-up only, they don't ship and or take orders over phone/internet. Some will, but don't assume that is universal.

If you have the time, haunt estate or tag sales. Some sales have pictures of the offerings online. These machines, along with portable dishwashers, are often stashed away and forgotten after the owners moved to a house from an apartment. Find a picture of what you want, put your name and contact info on it and give it to people who organize estate sales. Check thrift and charity stores regularly.

I did not realize when I bought it that it does not have a water pump and needs to be positioned higher than a separate drain to work properly.
