Now I was given this old Beatty washer/wringer by a scrap collector , he found it in a barn.My guess would be 60s , beyond that I can't find out any more info on it.I currently have it torn down restoring it , i'm sure there will be other questions in the future lol thx

much older than 1960s

Do I see head bolts and spark plug of a gasoline engine ? :) If engine/motor is known to be original, that item might be easier to date than washer itself. Could be as old as ~1935 to as new as 1950 by my estimate.

Mid-1940s...

Hello and welcome to the club!

Since you don't know me yet, I'll introduce myself - Brad here. I'm more of a Maytag wringer washer afficianado, but do have some experience restoring Beatty machines from the 1930s. This one looks like mid to late-1940s.

Like Maytag, during WW2 Beatty retooled the factory for wartime manufacturing. Washing machine production resumed after the war ended.
