Looking for Vintage working GAs dryer in Los Angeles

I have a Maytag A806 in avocado green and looking for a vintage gas dryer.

I would like avocado but interested in any colors or models.

How far..

will/can you go to get one? In other words, what the you radious of your search area? A quick check of Craig's showed nothing from San Diego to San luis Obispo.
The large thrift stores in more rural areas may be your best bet.

Such a wonderful group here. I already have the matching dryer to the A806 which is DE806 in beautiful avocado. I;m in a 1936 Spanish and it would cost over a $1000 to install the 240 service.
