its ok, but its my opinion a set of Control Towers or 806's would look much better in that room than the Haier crap she has...

I saw that Haier stuff too... curious choice for a high-end setup. But maybe I'm just behind the times -- I don't even know what "edible gold" is!

I'm not familiar with Haier (loads to learn--no pun). Though, I essentially agree with you about the 806's. My ideal room will have a set of 806's on one side and state of the art set (TBD) on the other.

A custom home featured on a local builders' tour couple years ago had a HUGH JASS laundry room, with a center island for folding, countertops all around, adjacent bathroom, yada yada. It was the last stop, my camera battery died, so no pics.

See, now I go in for all that.

I think I'd prefer a mega-bathroom/laundry with a terrace, though.

In fact, I'd definitely place more value on that than I would an upgraded kitchen!

Mike an 806 set is a must for my dream laundry(in coppertone no less) along with a Frigidaire set(1-18's in poppy red) and maybe a belt drive Kenmore or Whirlpool just for fun. I suppose provision could be made for a new state-of-the-art set(I'd probably buy Whirlpool Duets) now that would be a laundry!

I always thought Haier was a BOL brand, kinda like Goldstar or Durabilt.

Maybe she spent so much on the decor that she couldn't afford a decent washer and dryer?
