Hi Greg, Yes it was a nice "haul" I just took a small part of what Norge stuff that looked like it was made for the 1950's and 1960' machines. I could have spent days in this place! I only made a small dent, and did not look through all the stuff. Just mostly the transmission stuff. The owners son said that the Norge sales person was quite a salesman. If you bought enough parts, Norge would give free trips to Hawaii, and other nice vacation places. As a result, his father has about $150000.00 worth of obsolete Norge parts, including tons of NIB timers. There are even chrome console parts, and parts that should NEVER need replaced. Most of the parts should have only been special ordered when needed. So many duplicates of the same parts also. There are boxes and boxes of tub brakes, the same shaft and gear, transmission cases, it just goes on and on. This inventory was a real waste of money for this little mom and pop tv and appliance store. Its a wonder it did not go out of business decades ago. The owner just bought and bought all these parts and they sat on the shelves for years, unsold.
