The last of the Norges.
Might even be a painted steel basket. I picked up a couple of these behind Lowes years ago, one was just for the panel and parts, its basket paint/powder coat was peeling off in hunks the size of silver dollars.

HAD THIS SET AS WELL
This washer was a real workhorse. loved until a roommate wedged a king sized heavy comforter in to it , and blew the transmission. I came home to transmission fluid running out from under the machine. when I yelled at him, he asked where he should have washed it, I told him the laundromat.
got a set of Neptunes, and wouldn't let him near it. Oh well...
