I thought we had a thread on this awhile ago but I couldn't find it even with the search function.
I ordered one back in January and it never showed up.. well it showed up on my Visa bill last week. So I went to their website and got a "live" operator to sort it all out after about 45 minutes of hassles..
Three times I gave my name and address and she said it showed it was shipped and that I should go to the post office if I hadn't received it.. I said what? Why?.. finally she put me onto a "supervisor" who got it cleared up... it was sent to someone with my name in the Toronto suburb of Ajax 200 miles from here.. LOL . So they said they'll be sending me another.... I'll not hold my breath or pay my visa till it shows.
Anyways,, anyone like the thing.. I thought I could do away with my long distance plan $20 a month if it works ok and that'll pay for it in a couple of months or so.
