And...
...It's the fifth state to do so (Maine, Massachusetts, Iowa, Connecticut, and Vermont), which means 10% of this nation's states have now joined the 21st century. Even better, none of the five is California or New York, where it is possible to dismiss the movement as a fluke based in trendy thinking. This is coming from the heartland and from states where America's concepts of liberty were born.
Once in a while, the news is so good, I actually think this world will be a better place someday.
