Making Beef Barley Soup

Got a nice sale on beef chuck roast at the market and so we decided to make some beef barley soup. It was a great soup day in Detroit since it was snowing here the first weekend in April!!

Good stuff! I'm sure it would freeze well too. Snow in April? 92 degrees today, could hit 100 on Wednesday. I still like soup regardless of the weather. Old people are like that.

Yes, Good stuff anytime of year.  Weather or holiday means nothing.

I have christmas lights up all year round.  And I will make Cheese cake, Shaum torte, butter horns, Butterscotch bars, applie pie, and other assorted sweets any time as well.

I love beef barley soup, but these days would have to leave out the barley due to carb restrictions. So I guess I'd have beef vegetable soup, LOL.
