Oh, Good Lord...
Wouldn't it be better just to legalize pot once and for all?
I gave up pot 13 years ago, due to a psychological addiction to it. But as it turned out, it was hiding an underlying depression problem. However, I'm NOT against an adult who wants to grow and roll his own in the privacy of their own home.
I also get a bit disgruntled when I hear POT IS MORE HARMFUL THAN ALCOHOL! Oh pleeze...how and where did they come up with that idea?
Even if it has to be govt. run, let those who want to smoke it or bake it in brownies or make a tea out of it, do so.

Is all it is.Our legal government sees pot illegalization as a way to not only apease their power but also a way to keep police from losing their work.Most arrests have something to do either directly or indirectly with either pot or a more severe type of drug like "ice", "crack cocaine",or Heroin.However,most addicts are assumed to have begun with pot smoking,lost interest and desired a higher high taking them a step further into addictive drugs.
I smoke it to relax and enjoy the peace and be able to either ride distance on my bicycle,go shopping,go swimming and surfing or just hang out with the crew or friends I am with.Nobody I know who indulges in "schmokie schmokie" has ever been arrested for any type of violance,larceny,murder or rape.A few were arested and let go on their own recognesance ( myself included) having a trial date set and either let go due to lack of hard evidence or,as in my case,thrown out of the court because,during the time the 9 cars and 18 officers were being brutal and stupid(one got on my bike,rode it in a circle ringing the bell on it.)there was a fatal robery taking place 1/2 block from the scene where I was.3 masked gunmen stormed into a beach home to rob the family,not aware the grandfather and grandmother were staying the weekend and shot them both dead while these imbasiles were playing 5th graders with me.All I had were 2 unsmoked rolled joints in my cigarette pack.I was quite drunk and on my way home.I told them,seeing I was smashed,I must have grabbed the wrong pack.They were 100's.The cops didn't buy that but the judge,seeing my record was clean,threw it out of court telling me not to become a regular there or he'd throw the book at me.about a year after that,the judge and his wife became one of my customers at Incredible Universe and forked over $12,000 for new appliances and flooring for their new kitchen!LOL
