Ferrets!

I used to have one, and she was the coolest pet ever. Full of personality and energy. With all the stuff you guys collect, I bet you have to keep a constant eye on them. Mine was always stealing boots, wallets, just about anything she had the strength to drag along the floor.

Looks like the party was a blast. Wish I lived closer so I could join you all.

I had a ferritt for twelve years,Snickerdoodle was her name.I miss her a lot.She always knew when I was getting ready to go somewhere and unless I put her harness on her,she'd go and hide my shoes from me.Sometimes,especialy when I would be getting out of bed for a drink of water,she'd be sleeping in my slippers and I almost smashed her once not knowing she was there.but what a fun pet she was.I had to bathe her every other day or she'd get that horrible body odor about her.

That actually makes it worse. When you bathe them, it strips the oils from the skin, and their body works overtime to replace them. Ours get washed by necessity only and don't have that strong smell at all. Well, Kiki smells like Frito's when she first wakes up, but only for about 1/2 a minute.

is how you were in mid-July when i stopped by. Remember: pix and flix often add weight and Christmas is murder on goodieoholics like us. You're only ten pounds away from July. Just think of the discipline you have in cross-country tours for mint machines, and what it took to reconstruct the front porch. Holiday cookie weight will be a snap.
