Finally, a movie that speaks to me! I can't tell you how many times I've been caught doing The Frug while putting contact paper on the fridge, so that I could have a go-go party in the kitchen ;-)

I Did It For The Kicks, Man!
What a trip! Clips of that showed up on HGTV's "Hey-Remember?" hosted by Rachel Boesing, for kitchen trends of the '60s. I saw the inside of a Westinghouse console stereo in that clip. Westinghouse made killer stereos.

That was just too fabulous for words. The music was great, the fabrics, the clothes...
I have two thoughts, here:
1) Yeah! Cover that fridge with the same ugly paper that's on your kitchen walls!
2) Why, during the opening woodland sequence, do I get the feeling she's trying to locate the body she recently buried beneath a pile of leaves?
