I'm looking for a little toaster-oven called the Maxim Combi-Oven #OV-100, sold by Salton-Maxim Housewares Inc., probably from the late 1970s or early 1980s. It has a white metal housing, drop-down glass door, dials for timer and temperature and a start button.

One of my graphics clients has one of those ovens in her office kitchen and I kinda ruined it... She said it was okay since it is old, but I would like to make the gesture of replacing it. I can of course get something newer, but if I could find the exact unit that would be really cool.

Salton-Maxim is no longer in business so I can't go there. I've been keeping my eye on eBay and nothing has come up there. I haven't even been able to find a photo of one via google. I did find a reference to one on an old SEC filing report (dated 1996) which lists in the company's product line "The Maxim Combi-Oven, a euro-styled combination conventional and toaster oven which bakes, broils, roasts, toasts and top browns with countertop convenience."

If by any chance anyone has one of these little toaster-ovens in really nice condition and wouldn't mind selling it, please contact me at [email protected].

If someone who belongs to automatic-washer.org could post this for me, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!
