To bring the 806 to the Wash-In. I need a tutorial
in repairing these. I'm sure it would be helpful
when I work on my A700 & 702 / Lol.
That 806 is Tastee. I would have jumped for that
if I had the Op.

GORGEOUS machine, Martin! So glad a collector rescued that beauty, and even cooler that it's a Suds Saver!
while talking with JohnL about replacing the main seal.....
he mentioned that because it has been sitting for so long, to try a couple buckets of hot water to see if the seals would reseal again.....guess what, they did....
I boiled two large pans of water and poured it inside, let it set and turned it on a few times to move things around.....and not a drop on the floor.....
two loads later, and were looking good.....
of all the Maytag models, this is one of the most beautiful machines I have ever come across....
I may go grab the dryer just to have a matched set.....although I prefer gas...
