In case someone is seeking an older maytag 806 still in working condition... I put the URL below. It looks like the post is 20 days old, but in our part of the country that does not mean it's gone... only that you should ask if it's still available.

Maytag 806 washer, toploader w dasher, looks good, works like new, $95.

Is that a typo in the ad, or is that actually a thing?
I've never heard the term before, but granted, I am new to this.
Or maybe they're throwing in a vintage Volkswagen with the sale?

Dasher is a term used for the agitator.
