I need a counter weight for an older Maytag washer transmission , anyone might have one or know where I can buy one ?

One should not be hard to find as they seldom wear out, do you need the mounting hardware as well.
I never thought to save one although we have several transmissions laying around that one could be taken from if you want to come get one.

I've been looking for awhile around me, with no luck, I have a brand new transmission (they did not come with counter weight) had to use the old one, but I am replacing it in a newer washer that was orbital,I was going to try and make my own, but not knowing how much it weighs , any chance you could tell the weight, I would come and get it, but unfortunately I am in Chicago , suburbs.
I would suspect it would be far less time/cost to ship a counterweight than to measure/weigh/make one?
