Greetings;

I recently aquired an A-50 washer, fun lil' thing!!!
I'd like to know if anyone in the club has the dryer that they'd be willing to part with.
It would be GREAT to add that to my collection.

Any response would be appreciated!!
Thanks !!
Al :D

i dont remember what an a-50 is, do you mean the little side spinner machine? If so I have a white dryer that matches it.

Awesome, thanks qsd-dan!

Yes, I do have one. It is currently on loan to my niece in Kansas City until she can find a gas dryer to replace it. I will have to check the model...i had two, one of them had the start switch and the other you only had to turn the dial to start.

I had one in Avocado from the late 60s. Cute little thing and worked well. Picek up dirt cheap at a tag (garage/yard) sale.

No cool-down at the end of the cycle/programme, though.
The vent was only 3 inches,(762mm). Poor little guy!

He moved to Connecticut to reside with GadgetGary, once I was able to get a full-sized dryer running on (only) 110v.

I used it mainly to fulff, soften and dewrinkle after line (rack actually) drying. It was too small to be useful as a dewrinkler/ ironing avoider.

Overall got an "A" grade in fun-factor!

What does the power cord and plug look like? Mine was crazy thick.
