I am considering purchasing this dishwasher. I especially like the 10 year warranty on the racks, etc. and the fact that is has a self cleaning filter.

Does anyone have one of these and if so, what is your experience with it?

Actually the machine I'm currently using has the auto sensing on all cycles.
I gather on this machine only "auto" gives you that feature only on the "auto" cycle and that is not merely a cycle modifier. It's definitely going to be my new "normal" that I'll probably use 99% of the time.

I will share some of my observations. My Kenmore Elite is a cousin of this Maytag. My model has a digital cou8ntdown display. when I select Normal, the standard time is 1:40. When I select auto, the standard time is 1:50. I have found that Auto cycle does a better job because it runs a bit longer and has a slightly higher wash water temperature. The manual also indicates the auto cycle will use a little bit more energy even though it uses the number of water changes. I'd rather have a little bit more "oomph" and I"m much happier with using Auto.

LG.......?

So much more information about the LG line bubbling to the surface. Glad we waited a while longer to make a decision about our first front loader. We would buy the Speed Queen, if they offered a heater.

Leaning towards the Lux, but in no hurry. SQ 92-series more than good enough in the meantime.

1000 Pardons.........

Believe we posted to the wrong thread. #94188 would have been more appropriate.

Appreciate the 2 likes. Seems like everyone was able to surmise what we actually meant. Thanks.
