My DE 410 is 31 years old now and has not had a single cent of repairs, nor has my matching 511 washer. They certainly do not make Maytags like that anymore.

This came with the house I bought in 2007...it just needed a hi-limit thermostat a few years later, but I changed the gas coils, the glides, rollers, and belt just as preventive maintenance..its really a DG106, but added the light-up console for glamour!..the build quality and performance is far above anything made today!
