I suspect your pump is stuck in the "on" position. I will look at my photo references after dinner but I think this is your machine's problem.
The Maytag pump for all wringer washers has a pivot that allows the pump to rock back and forth about 1/2" maximum. When the lever is moved to the ON position, the pump is pulled "forward" so that a large rubber wheel rubs against the inside of a belt pulley. In this position, the rubber wheel picks up the rotation pulley and water flows.
When no longer needed, the lever is moved to the OFF position and the rubber wheel moves away from the pulley, so the rotation stops and the water stops. I suspect that the linkage between the lever and the pump is out of whack and the wheel never disengages from the pulley.
The model number for your machine shows that the pump was installed after it was purchased. This is common but it may be the pump was not installed correctly. I notice in your video the lever attachment bracket may be loose from its attachment point to the cabinet.
I suggest as a first try: Put the lever into the OFF position. Then push the pump so the rubber wheel is not in contact with the pulley. Stick a piece of wood about 1/2" thick if necessary to keep the rubber wheel from making contact and tighten the screws of the lever bracket that connects the lever to the washer cabinet.
See if that works.
Keep in mind the rubber wheel may not be rubbing at the edge of the disk. It also may be making contact on the side of the disk you can't see (the inside face).
If it doesn't, a work-around would be to hang the discharge hose so that the water goes back into the tub. When you need to pump out, just stop the motor and move the hose to a drain, then start the motor up.
