Diamond in the rough. Everything should clean up nicely with lots of elbow grease but the front panel may need to be swapped out. I've restored far worse using cleaner wax with excellent results though.

 

Looks like it's a victim of seriously hard water in conjunction with bad washing habits looking at the inner tub but it will clean up with patience and persistence. Water valve replacement is def a must.

 

BTW, a WQ code is July, 1975 so this still has a tub light.

I can smell the filthy dirty and hard water stained tub from here. Can only imagine how bad the clothing washed in that water must be.
