As title says, I need to know if this motor pulley on this Maytag Performa is worn out or not? I'm definitely replacing both belts on it. It has an issue where initially it did not want to spin at all and was starting to burn through the drive belt on the motor pulley. Now since I've helped it a little bit by spinning the pulley and transmission by hand, now it spins but is still very sluggish getting to speed. Agitation worked just fine as well albeit no spin. Any info is appreciated.

Looks like there's something stuck in the lower pulley's groove.
I'd clean that out and wipe the pulley's groove good with some grease removing solvent.
Do the upper belt groove too.
Then put new belts on the machine.
And make sure the motor carriage allows proper sliding tension and it's lube is not contaminated with dirt.
