Maytag model 142

Another ebay find. According to Appliance411.com, this machine was made in June 1979, I don't think that's right... It looks earlier like 60's. The listing even says "1960's era".

This washer dates from circa 1959

and it was replaced by the A700 circa 1960........ I think the only difference between the 142 and the A700 were some mechanical refinements...am I right Maytag guys??????....Pat Coffey
