Maytag Neptune MAH3000AW Only tumbles

i have replaced all the parts that ive seen that need to be change R11 Q4 and the wax motor, works fine says its locked ect, but it wont spin it will only tumble in all cycles any ideas?

It could be a few things, bad centrifigual unbalance switch, bad motor control board, wire not plugged in all the way into harness at the motor.

Do you have a service manual for it? I posted a link a few threads down about the Neptune washer I have, and the online manual I got for it free.
Does it pump out the water quickly, or is it a trickle? Have you tested the above mentioned switches for continuity? Sometimes the wires corrode on the connectors for those switches, causing an open circuit as well.

I had that problem with mine before I got rid of them.He never did tell me what was wrong with it. i did however have both of the boards replaced a couple of times while I had them.
