I just got a Maytag Neptune washer model MAH4000AWW. I got the machine working good and I got the pumps working. Everything was working great so I ran the machine for a cleaning cycle. I moved it to my permanent home for it. When I got it there, now it will only fill with hot water, even on the cold setting.

Please leave me know any ideas.

Will "leave you know" that it my be that you have the hot and cold hoses reversed. Try warm wash and see what happens. Do you have a hose slpitter hooked to the two inlet hoses?

I do have the hose split because I need to get water over to my Maytag A606S. I keep the hoses turned off that I am not using. The hoses are not reversed. I get hot water for wash on hot, warm, and cold setting. I do get a weak flow of cold for the rinse cycles though.

I checked the screens and the oddest thing is now happening. I believe that the wires on the switches may have been transposed because my fabric settings determine temperature in the same order as the temp. Buttons would. I am not sure if the temp buttons are controlling the fabric settings or not because I have not had the time to sit and listen to the agitation.

If anyone could take a pic of how the wires are supposed to be connected to the switches on the Maytag MAH4000AWW, that would be a huge help.
