Just in case no one knows already, I have a link for the repair manual for the Neppies. It covers the 3000 to the 7500. Best of all it's free!
http://appliancehelp.hypermart.net/16010061new.pdfI ended up finding the problem with mine today, it had a lint ball partially plugging the inlet to the drain pump! Once removed, it was able to drain the tub completely, and then spin at the proper speed.
