These appear to be very BOL, not even having the "chrome" trim on the bezel.

It's unusual to see that control panel on that dryer, I thunk they went to the gold background by then.
Those are an A106 washer and a DE106 Big-Load Dryer from the mid to late 1970s. This was as low as you could go with a Maytag washer and the only dryer lower was the DE91.
The DE106 was introduced in in 1977 and never had the chrome trim. The A106 washer went through several series of production modifications between its introduction in Jan. 1966 and discontinuation in July of 1980. This model never got the gold trim strip and lost its chrome at some point in the mid-70s. If it follows true to form to other machines it is most likely a series 2.
