Interesting this BOL model offers a 12 minute wash...I don’t recall ever seeing that option offered on a Maytag washer.  I have only seen 10 minute max wash time.

The A106 is a good machine but I’d step it up a bit and get the 2 speed A206. Interesting is the 1966 Maytag A606’s had a 12 minute washer while most others only had a 10 minute maximum wash time. The early A606’s were just a deep tub Maytag A206, and didn’t have as many other options as the later A606’s like the one I acquired back in March of 2019

The maximum wash time is 14 mins.  There's a dot before the 12 for 13 mins and it'll start at the bracket which is 14 mins.  The text details at the bottom for Washer Specifications: A106 states "Wash Time: Selective from 1 to 14 minutes."

My A407 offers a 14 minute wash.

My 1984 LA511 is 12 minutes normal max, 10 PP, 8 Delicate. It wont start to fill unless you set at those times.
