MAYTAG vs WHIRLPOOL!
I never saw this one before, thanks for scanning. I assume late 80's - I liked the maytag but still would take the whirlpool over it. At that time the water heating system was better in the whirlpool. I like the whirlpool loading better. In this discussion I think maytag has them beat with the fan drying and thats all.

Peter, you're absolutely correct. Probably the main reason why I dind't choose a Maytag when I got my GE. I had my water heater set at 120 and Maytag didn't offer thomostatic hold to heat water until the first geneeration of the more traditional racking system machines.
