Say, is that a gas dryer or is it the electric condensor model??

That is a gas dryer. The condensing dryer doesn't have the filter in the rear of the drum like the HOH variants.

I don't live that far from San Diego! Maybe I will trade my early 1980's Maytag A810 washer and dryer for it...
