That's a nice looking machine other than where it looks like someone sneezed on the control panel.

I would love to have this one, but Wisconson is just a teensy bit too far!

Dont Save the Suds!
Either the machine wasn't connected to a laundry sink or something happened to the suds valve at some point. That is all I can think of, probably the 1st option, my roommate made that mistake once with my 502. I forbid the use of that machine afterwards.
