Appliance enamel repair...
Check at any Home Depot or Lowe's - they usually have small jars of white enamel repair very close to the appliance section of the store. You can use it to do spot touch-up on appliances, bathtubs, etc.
I use it on my Kenmore wringer - a chip about 1 inch round. It did a fantastic job. The key is to dab it on and let it spread and smooth out on its own, rather than brushing it on.

That's the stuff!
There are other brands as well. It takes a long time to dry really hard.
