Maytag Wringer question, what was the year......

What year did Maytag change from the RED trim to the TURQUOISE trim on their wringer washers? I'm pretty sure (I should say, I think) it was some time in the 70's, but.........

Hey Kevin,

The trim color for the conventionals (wringers) changed the same time the Wash Power 06 series automatics came out - January 1966. I think I posted a brochure a while back documenting this change. I'll see if I can find it...
