Maytag Wringer Washer question

ROOKIE question:
I just bought a Maytag wringer washer model N2LPS that looks to have lead a sheltered life. The agitator works just fine, but I can't seem to figure out how to make the wringer part work. What knobs/levers activate the wringer? I'm hoping it isn't froze up. :-(
