Anybody recently look for a vintage microwave magnetron?
Years ago I found my microwave magnetron in the MCM catalog.
But it was working, so...Now when it's finally gotten weak I can't find the model listed in the MCM catalog any longer. In fact it's hard to find any reference to J.C. Penny microwaves.
Gosh, it's lasted 26 years, why should I complain?
J.C. Penny model A3L9QN800PR
mfg March 1983.
It has a nice rack allowing 2 levels of food.
A thermometer
A big oven chamber, and a cute aluminum fan blade on the ceiling to distribute the waves around.
touch pad.
fading display numbers.
Anyone have suggestions/links for parts?
