That will be the true value!

If it comes from him free is every penny of it's value.

Because it wouldn't sell in the theater, it is for free. Because he doesn't want the controversy in the retail market, he's giving it away to his target audience. Maybe it's more that the theaters would refuse to show this rubbish because they don't want the headache.

He's going to pay for people to cause an uproar at rallies? Nice. You didn't hear about disruptive protesters at the DNC, but they sure were there at the RNC. What does that say about the different types of protesters?

Just what we need, slackers voting for politicians who promise the most giveaways taken from the hardworking people so they can maintain their slackership.

Moore is a tool.

Did I miss something in the trailer? I don't remember him telling anyone who to vote for, just to get out and vote. Sure, anyone who knows who he is knows that he's against the corrupt, criminal, blasphemous, two-faced Republicans, but I don't remember any direction as to exactly which party to vote for. And even if it was intimated, so what! Remember when the corrupt, big business "Right" party intimidated people not to vote under the guise that their ID would be run against a database and they could be arrested for whatever may show up? Oh, yeah, that was "right" of them!!!

I do remember, in the trailer, some right-wing zealots disrupting one of his rallies, as is their right to do. Of course, that was shown for effect, and we all know that. But, again, what about these protsters not showing up at the DNC as was previously mentioned? Looks like they chose a different, but similar, venue!

Micheal Moore-The COURT JESTER-I always picture him wearing a court jestor outfit to entertain the king.I don't care for this guy either-although his movies on the jobs moving from the US to other countries have merit-I don't agree with his other programs that I have watched.

Chuck, clarification please

Does your reference, "...he's against the corrupt, criminal, blasphemous, two-faced Republicans..." imply that Republicans, generally, are 'corrupt, criminal, blasphemous and two-faced'? Or are you saying that Moore is against Ruplicans who are like that, and then can we expect that he would also be against Democrats who are like that?

You see, your comment sounded like either you, or Moore, (or both) choose to paint Republicans, generally, with that brush and that certainly is not my experience. Republicans that I encounter in my day to day life seem pretty much to be like most people - just trying to have a life and, generally, do the right thing. And that is also the impression I have of Democrats that I encounter day to day. Generally decent people.

"He's going to pay for people to cause an uproar at rallies? Nice. You didn't hear about disruptive protesters at the DNC, but they sure were there at the RNC. What does that say about the different types of protesters? "

What does that say about the Republican policies?? I certainly don't agree with any violence and harmful activities on the part of protesters but watching the GOP delegates crack jokes and laughing gleefully at dissenting opinions says a lot about the GOP and it's recently adopted platform of "we want change too." More bullshit from a party that has become the epitome of the "ruling class" in this country. Keep laughing.

"Just what we need, slackers voting for politicians who promise the most giveaways taken from the hardworking people so they can maintain their slackership. "

That says it all. What would your litmus test be for voting rights? Thanks for clarifying your idea of freedom.

Chuck, clarification please "corrupt, criminal, blasphemous, two-faced Republicans"

Bush, Cheney, et. al. Not all Republicans. Hell, I have a few Republican views of my own (did I just say that out loud???)!

And, I, too, find some humor in some of the things Moore does, but have found, with my limited knowledge of his works, he brings things to the forefront that are too tucked away. Not saying he's always right, mind you!

I can't speak for Peter,

but our views are usually close.(Note I am nor a Republican-I am a true conservative).Able bodied people on any form of public assistance do not vote until they get off the dole.It is not fair to allow them to vote themselves a raise-at the expense of others who do whatever it takes to support themselves.
